JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's men’s, ladies ready-to-wear, shoes and leather goods 
• Set and guide R&D team to achieve individuals KPI and manage their performance 
• Set SOPs, guide and provide advice to designers to achieve the seasonal design direction; advise, particularly on technical specifications.
• Manage the company's museum project and build the stories for the foundation to include "fashion meets art" collaboration project 
• Liaise with PR and identify potential artistes and direction for collaboration
• Record the processes of the collaboration, all designs and directional pieces for archiving purposes 
• Collaborate with the Art Director, and VM team to deliver the creative direction for window displays
• Hire and interview interns from time to time to support junior and senior designers
• Provide inspiration and direction to designers to find ideas that are aligned with the CD and MD and merch data.
• Grow the product category of the company into home living and be in charge of sourcing. 
• Liaison with manufacturers

• Minimum 7 years of design background with at least 3 years of relevant areas of design experience
• Must have project management experience.
• Must have experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in dealing with manufacturers.
• Strategic Thinking and great foresight.
• Possess excellent organisation and coordination skills with a high level of commitment and confidence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter.
• Must be methodical, logical and organised.
