JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial management of the assigned company, which includes financial responsibilities for the following matters:
- financial sustainability;
- financial health and business planning, including operating and capital budgeting;
- financial reporting and management reporting;
- cost controlling including banking, borrowing and investments;
- financial risk management
- Provide oversight and, where appropriate, review and make recommendations on the planning and analysis of performance, reporting, advising on trends, mitigating risks and responding to inquiries as and when necessary.
- Review and adhere to Finance-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position in a manufacturing company.
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective leadership qualities.
