JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose
Manage brand and marketing activities for products in SE Asia in accordance with Regional Guidelines to ensure growth in sales, market share and brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective localization of the brand strategy in line with the regional CoE strategy
- Gather competitor’s market intelligence, perform trade visits analyze market competition, perform competitor product mapping and identify opportunities for new products, product extension and improvements.
- Responsible for managing consumer, customer and advertising research from creating the research brief to execution and results.
- Best use of creative agency to develop ATL and BTL strategy.
- Responsible for product launches for the assigned products in the SEA region
- Support sales and marketing teams in the SEA region on product knowledge and training, sales arguments and tools, technical data and competitor information.
- Create product performance reports and identify countermeasures and plan executions
- Work closely with local teams to create a good product mix
- Initiate, drive and implement innovation and cross-fertilize best practice of sales and marketing ideas into the region.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Prior regional experience is not required but a strong advantage.
- Mandarin language skills required
- Ideally, candidates should be in their late 20’s or early 30's.
- Team player, humble and friendly.
