JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and carry out housekeeping of servers daily operations and liaise with the Regional Hub Manager on hardware related problem
Working with Service Tickets
Responsible for maintenance work for application systems including data collection feasibility study, analyzing, programming, debugging, testing, commissioning and implementation of ad-hoc programs to support the main application
Conduct user training where applicable.
Documents all new ad-hoc programs which include user training manuals.
Support/ troubleshoot network infrastructure, hardware and working with Asia Pac Help desk
Secondary responsibility will be designing, developing, deploying and establishing support documentation of Microsoft based solutions across a variety of distributed platforms.
Work with technical teams in designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft based solutions including such technologies as Visual Studio, SharePoint, SQL (SP, SSIS, SSRS), ASP.NET (VB / C#),
Knowledge of RPG400 and Sourcing environment an added advantage
Min Requirement
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in computer
Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year working experience in the related field
Language: English written and spoken.
