Summary

As our Finance & Commercial Manager, you will be in charge of the company's Finance and Commercial activities. You see the world in numbers and you know exactly the costs and its effects on the business, having the foresight to strategically plan ahead, structure our financing needs, revenue, cost and investment plans, own our financial metrics and drive the organization towards achieving financial targets. This is a managerial & commercial finance role with strong growth-focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our financial reports and plans
• Preparing and overseeing company budgets
• Managing expenses, pricing, commercial agreements
• Analyzing and driving business performance - profit, revenue, COGS - to achieve business and growth targets
• Plan and structure our financing needs and plans and directly inform strategic business planning and financing decisions of the board
• Ensure contracts, procurement, projects & all other activities remain financially viable and delivered on budget
• Work closely with the CEO in financial planning and company-wide decision-making
• Maintain and update financial projections and generate reports, analysis and scenario models
• Lead and support the Corporate team - including Sales & Marketing for commercial development
• Defining accounting and finance policies and procedures ensuring excellence in our accounting practices.
• Protects the company's confidential information

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• excellent command of English goes without saying, but great communication goes much beyond that
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in managerial and commercial finance roles in high-performance organizations
• Demonstrated track-record in achieving financial targets in high-growth organizations is desired
• Able to deliver reports and analyses with clarity and precision
• Full proficiency in Excel, and strong working knowledge with financial accounting/reporting/planning software;
• proficiency with macros/VBA and graphing/dashboard and statistical tools is a strong bonus.
• Advanced management abilities to achieve targets in collaboration with internal teams as well as suppliers and customer relationships
