JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Perform research, analysis, design, test, and development of new and existing systems.
- Able to gather and analyze end user’s requirement and come out with a solution
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training
- Recognize and take action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedures
- Maintain adherence to defined standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and maintain required documents
- Able to work independently and sensitive to the deadlines
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in the Hospitality or Loyalty System industry
- Technical skills: .net (ASP, C#), jQuery, and Javascript
- Experience in web or android mobile application development
- Database: MSSQL
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge in Programming and System Development Life Cycle
- Customer- and results-oriented
