JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Create/enhance scalable, interactive text chatbots
- Full lifecycle application development to required standards
- Training of the chatbot by using Microsoft Bot Framework (LUIS)
- Chatbot dialog implementation in C# and usage of various APIs for integration purposes
- Unit testing for quality assurance during the application build process
- Software integration with existing systems
- Support, maintain & enhance the chatbot functionality
- Work with an international team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in programming (C#, Phyton), SQL, relational databases, and application development
- Experience with process analysis, design, implementation, problem-solving, system testing (UAT), and bug fixes
