Responsibilities

• To study technical drawings and inspect them against the customer’s drawing requirements.
• Provide FAI documentation to CAM Department.
• Liaise with SCM for a quotation on Material and Finishing.
• Run target costing and provide to sales department for activation.
• Provide technical support to all operation team.
• To liaise with sales operations.
• Investigate into customer’s complaints and reject parts.
• Study Bill of Material (BOM), routing, and key into the ERP system.
• To initiate meetings with the operation team when customer issues Engineering Change Notification (ECN).
• Constantly look for process improvements and simplifications.
• Conduct improvement for quality, yield, productivity, delivery, and cost and ensure it meets the company’s objectives.
• Support new product introduction and evaluations to achieve improvement in existing processes.
• Generate required engineering reports for Management when required.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and root cause to define the action plan for preventive action.

Requirements

• You must have the knowledge and technical skills in Bill Of Material (BOM), Technical Product Document (TPD), Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) & Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Bachelor's Degree in Precision Machining, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in project management and engineering standard operation procedure.
• Good in English communication skills.
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• A self-independent person who is willing to take initiative in your task and able to work under pressure for this challenging and well-paid career.
• You are willing to travel overseas for project transfer.
• Must have a knowledge background in CNC 3,4 and 5 axes.
