Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers’ needs
• Become an expert in the customer’s industry and act as the main point of contact for any client-related inquiries to provide effective solutions
• Identify potential customers as well as new opportunities and develop sales strategies
• Serve existing clients & develop new clients from time to time
• Provide effective cost-saving solutions to customers based on accurate market insight
• Follow through Sales Quotations and maximize Order Closing Rate
• Product training and refresher for key products

Requirements

• At least Diploma in any/related discipline
• At least 3 years of corporate sales experience to qualified for Senior Sales Executive position
• At least 3 years of sales experience in Electric and Electronics industry or any relevant industries for Senior Sales Executive Position
• Fresh graduates may apply for the Sales Executive position.
• Added advantages for a candidate who is familiar with Industrial customers and possess an Industrial customer base.
• Passionate, proactive, outgoing, self-motivated and result-driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Females preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
• Good business presentation skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
