JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage telemarketing team to achieve Key Performance Indexes (Sales Targets)
- Handle and resolve inquiries escalated from team members as and when necessary
- Ensure all team members understand the company policies and management procedures
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specifications.
Requirements
- Degree holders with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a telemarketing team. Non-degree holders with relevant experience will also be considered
- Candidates with Pre-Contract Examination (PCE) in Life / General Insurance would have an added advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of Mandarin and the ability to speak other languages/dialects would be an added advantage
