JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Insource laser welding capabilities, and improve product margin and lead time to customers.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve project and technical/process issues.
- Establish and develop welding SOPs/WI to support HVM production/Manufacturing.
- Prepare BOM & Router in SAP to support manufacturing needs.
- OTS, Yield, and Scrap performance.
- Continual Product and Process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum with 3 years of working experience in the UHP Laser Welding environment.
- Willing to be temporarily relocated to the United States for a transfer project.
- Laser welding jig/fixture design experience.
- Knowledge of Autocad or Solidworks.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
