JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Retail Operation Quality Management
• Able to explain and convince the management to introduce better management tools based on past working experience and real current operational challenges in order to improve operational productivity and quality standards. 
• Ensure the store team’s weekly quality audit score is maintained above 90% or improving towards the target within 1 month. 
• Perform once a month, weekend audit and produce an analysis report 
• Customer Service Quality Management
• Launch a Customer Service & Mystery Shopper Program and achieve a satisfactory level of 90% score or above within 6 months of launch. 
• The ‘Show’ management
• Collaborate with Operation Manager to deliver ‘TB show” and execute all store TB show SOP. 
• SOP Improvisation
• Launch 5 newly developed or improved 5 existing SOPs every 6 months, to be approved by the management. 
• Ensure effective execution of new SOPs for all DC and TL. 
• Talent Development
• Develop and execute effective talent tree development as approved by the management through effective training, supported by the HR recruitment efforts.
• Develop and conduct food safety and quality-related training programs.
• Conduct effective and thorough KPI's exercise on time and provide the management with a quarterly report on the ARM talent development plan. 
• Sales Analysis
• Provide the management with a monthly business insight report by the 7th of every month based on in-store customer preference, store manpower, operational efficiency, sales movement and the impact of promotional products, and seasonality

Requirements

• Required skills: Accuracy, Punctuality, Good execution, Talent acquisition, Good delegation skills, Collection of facts, Precise and clear communication skills, Good analytical skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Retail F&B industry
• Must be at a Managerial Level in the Retail F&B Industry or equivalent.
• Able to develop the necessary new SOPs based on an analysis of the new business environment. 
• Experience in managing more than 5 F&B outlets
