JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

  • Responsible to bring in sales numbers via direct acquisition and tactical roadshow drive. Contributing sales numbers to overall team target on a monthly and quarterly basis. The following business expectations are to be met with practice in accordance of UM Corporate Value and adhere to compliance:
  • To promote and sell UM lines to corporate accounts and targeted verticals through direct acquisition and tactical roadshows
  • Meeting sales target on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
  • A sales performance driver and problem solver to corporate customers
  • Key account farming and 24/7 VIP management

Responsibilities

  • To ensure daily sales activities are executed according to plan and sales productivity is met. Sales number & work performance are tracked closely on daily basis by updating immediate superior on progress of sales project / program and on any utmost urgency matter
  • Take lead in exploring / to discuss / negotiate on business case and/or project with potential client and stakeholder
  • Work closely with Marketing & Product team to drive acquisition via tactical campaign and roadshows for key accounts and verticals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Key account and VIP management. To be able to attend and resolve to any VIP request and revert within the same day on any outcome. This is a 24/7 task that key account managers has to take up
  • To deliver monthly and quarterly acquisition sales target given by superior

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Key Account Management in telco-related environment
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Must have a proven sales track record in Corporate Sales
  • Must have existing active customer base
  • Must be knowledgeable in telco environment workaround and processes
  • Must be able to handle VIP accounts 24/7
