JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
·Develop, maintain network model for mid and long term high-level network demand, planning and costing.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a network model for high-level planning and costing in terms of coverage and capacity.
- Develop network model for mid-term and long-term network evolution study. Analyze and highlight on limiting parameters.
- Maintain up-to-date key information for network demand planning – with periodic reporting.
- Projection of mid-to-long term network capacity demand.
- Conduct alignment of actual network status -vs- projected network status.
Key Experiences and Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ related experience in Network Planning and Network costing model.
- Good understanding of mobile architecture – RAN, Transport and Core Network
- Strong knowledge of data management.
- Good balance of technical and business acumen.
- Experience in network element cost analysis, develop network planning/costing model.
- Good critical thinking and attentive to details.
- Knowledge in programming and macro (excel etc.)
