JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to develop insights into the performance of products, services and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
The job will also liaise with key stakeholders to develop the marketing roadmap and ensure alignment across various functional departments.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on product trending, promotions and products performance
- Perform customer insights analysis to increase/maximize products take-up and revenue
- Work with stakeholders to develop and track marketing roadmap
- Manage and provide analytical support for new promotions and products
- Prepare business and product performance reports (i.e, monthly reports) for submission to management
- Track market competition and landscape, and analyze new competitive marketing launches
Key Experiences and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a business analysis function
- Experience with data analysis software tools such as SQL query, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc
- Strong familiarity with office product tools i.e, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong analytical background
- Business or computer science degrees
