JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Nextest and Verigy/Agilent test programs for new devices, test blocks, packages and tool mode to support electrical testing and emission analysis.
- Perform electrical fault isolation, front-side and back-side emission analysis on Thermal, Photon and TIVA.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics/Material Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience and knowledge in test programming (Nextest and Verigy/Agilent testers) or C++ programming language.
- Familiarity with Flash & RAM memory products knowledge would be an advantage.
