Responsibilities

  • Provide all HR Administrative support in the Recruitment of qualified talents
  • Employee orientation, development and training support
  • Company employee communication
  • Compensation & Benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a HR Department
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
