JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Regional Marketing 

  • Dedicated key strategic account management, managing from demand forecasting, product deliveries/logistics, business analysis to product life cycle management. 
  • Managing day to day delivery requests, quality, customer issues, contract reviews and business matters. 
  • Create new demands and develop products, pricing strategy to maximize account revenue and margin. 

Product Marketing 

  • Develop new products/roadmap per market demand and strategies aligning to the corporate goals. 
  • Manage product launch, promotion plan and product life cycle. 
  • Manage product pricing, positioning and customer strategies to ensure maximum revenue & margin.

Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic is preferred), Technology Management or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing in semiconductor industries. 
  • Able to work with his/her manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. 
  • Able to deal and manage global sales account. 
  • Requires high integrity, credibility, willingness to learn and adapt, with good business acumen. 
  • Well versed in English and Mandarin. Good in Excel & PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Good initiative, have a positive outlook and willing to take up new challenges.
