JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
1. Ability to build and grow a sales team focusing on Air Freight.
2. Oversee the Customer Service team.
3. Set and meet aggressive KPI's
4. Strong leadership ability
5. Able to motivate the team
6. Create an account management plan for key customers
7. Create a sales and marketing strategy
8. To cold-call and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
9. To gather market and customer information
10. To create or develop new sales market and develop good rapport with existing customers
11. Review the preparation of customers' quotations
12. Has excellent communication skills
13. Able to work independently and as a team when required
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Must have Air freight forwarding/logistics background (Knowledge in Sea Freight is a plus)
4. Minimum 15 years of working experience in similar fields
5. Candidates must possess own transport and be willing to travel
