JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property development.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To formulate, implement and review all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant to and required by the quality management system.
- Managing and supervising the sales & marketing team to ensure that the team members achieve their respective business objectives, goals and targets.
- Assuming responsibilities for developing and planning sales & marketing strategies for all projects assigned.
- Establishing effective pricing strategies designed to maximize profits while ensuring top-line growth in all served markets.
- Assuming responsibilities for product development to maximize land potential.
- To develop an in-depth understanding of major market segments which include updated information on market size, key trends, market share and competitive benchmarking through market research and project benchmarking.
- To lead the sales team in achieving the quarterly and annual sales target set by the management.
- Preparing an action plan for an effective search for sales leads and prospects.
- Leading the sales & marketing team to implement the action plan effectively.
- Maintaining an accurate record of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- To undertake any and all other specific tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
