JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
Customer Service Executives are responsible for responding to all inbound chat, phone calls and email inquiries in a mature and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming messages, chats and calls in a mature and professional manner
- Answering and identifying customers’ needs
- Resolving customers’ concerns
- Processing customers’ transactions
- Responding in a timely manner to messaging/chat/email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
- Liaising with and building relationships with other departments to assist with customers’ inquiries
- Identifying customers with specific needs and forwarding their concerns to the appropriate department resource
- Escalating complex or difficult queries to the leadership team
- Meeting company’s performance standards on productivity, quality, punctuality and attendance
Requirements
- Good spoken and written Chinese communication skills
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Flexible, good attitude and dependable
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Ability to adapt to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers as well as fellow employees
