JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Customer Service Executives are responsible for responding to all inbound chat, phone calls and email inquiries in a mature and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming messages, chats and calls in a mature and professional manner
  • Answering and identifying customers’ needs
  • Resolving customers’ concerns
  • Processing customers’ transactions
  • Responding in a timely manner to messaging/chat/email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
  • Liaising with and building relationships with other departments to assist with customers’ inquiries
  • Identifying customers with specific needs and forwarding their concerns to the appropriate department resource
  • Escalating complex or difficult queries to the leadership team
  • Meeting company’s performance standards on productivity, quality, punctuality and attendance
