JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of the project, incorporating project management best practices and guidelines in ensuring projects complete on time, within budget and meeting users’ project objectives
- Understand the business context of projects and successfully manage the relationships with the business clients and all stakeholders to achieve business and project outcomes
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Help the project team with the design and development tasks
- Lead the process of issue identification and resolution
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report and escalate issues to the management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience in software development projects
- Knowledge in project management, planning, people management, technology and SDLC
- PMP Certification preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
