JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
Your primary role is to recruit business partners under the Enterprise segment. These partners will sell Corporate/Enterprise products on behalf of the company. You will handle a portfolio of these partners and be responsible - and rewarded - for their performance. You will be their liaison, their trainer and their trusted advisor.
Key Accountabilities
- Recruit Enterprise Business Partners
- Set sales goals for your partners and regularly review to ensure they are met
- Train partners on product and operational knowledge
Key Experience & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a sales or marketing-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
