JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

·Responsibility sales and marketing

·Responsible for serving clinics and hospitals in assigned territory.

·Reports to National Sales & Marketing Manager.

·Develop sales / business strategies and plan to achieve performance targets in assigned territory.

·Manage customer accounts and collections.

·Perform analysis of client research, current market conditions, competitor information and market intelligence.

·Perform client visits in assigned territory – clinics, hospitals, health institutions and organizations.

·Procure new businesses and expand current businesses via selling and marketing promotions.

Requirements

·Minimum 3 years sales experience.

·Sales experience in Medical Laboratory Sciences, pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment, or knowledge of medical laboratory operation will be an added advantage.

·Preferably diploma or tertiary qualifications relevant to Sales & Marketing, Medical Laboratory Sciences / Operations or Pharmaceuticals.

·Able to develop potential customers while servicing current customers by providing excellence customer service.

·Possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

·Intuitive, creative, persistence and motivated drive to excel with great passion for the job.

·Possess a valid driving license and car

·Sound knowledge of medical screenings or tests

·Well organized with good oral and written communication skills

·Able to generate leads and aggressively achieve sales target

·Possess a valid driving license and car
