JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
· Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
· Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
· Maintaining historical records
· Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
· Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
· Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
· Continuing to improve the payment process
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or LCCI
· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the Commercial sector
· Strong PC skills - (Advanced level Excel)
· Strong analytical skills
· Good communication skills
· Some experience in Accounts Payable would be preferable
