JOB DESCRIPTION

The key objective is to ensure proper coordination with internal support teams in delivering excellent service to customer.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Managing customer order process – Coordinate with production and logistic teams in delivering customer order.
  • Ensure high level of OTIF (On Time in Full)
  • On-time submission of invoice
  • Constant follow up on payment and debt monitoring
  • Manage customer complaints & follow through to resolution with support from superior
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining customer database
  • Work closely with Production & logistic Departments as well as manages the interface between the customers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience being accountable for delivering to deadlines
  • Intermediate / Advance Microsoft Office Skills
  • Enjoy working in a sales / fast paced, lively environment
  • Bilingual in English and Malay
