JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

As the Head of Sales, you will hack the growth of this company by developing a kick-ass sales plan and incentive system for field sales agents and in-house community managers. You will execute your sales plan and launch our company’s revenue numbers into the stratosphere!

You will be in charge of the company’s overall revenue strategy and execution of the sales plan. You will enlist the help of the Rainmakers (aka community managers) to execute your sales plan. You will report to the COO and will jointly produce a sales strategy plan to achieve maximum revenue for the company and for yourself.

  Jointly develop a sales strategy with the COO, CEO and CFO and execute the plan to achieve maximum revenue growth for the company

  Source and attend events and set up sales booths, get as many people to view our space as you can

  Organize useful community-building events at our location and sell to the attendees at these events

  Manage community managers to help you sell memberships. Engage COO to help you sell to premium customers.

  Create partnership programs of sales channels with outside companies and organizations

  Create and execute a plan to manage outside field sales agents

  Work with marketing to increase the total conversion rate of customers from digital and other media sources. Work with marketing to craft the best advertising and sales message.

Qualifications & Requirements

  Experience and confidence in coming up with a comprehensive sales plan

  Experience in managing and motivating a team of 2-3 salespeople

  Experience selling

  A plus if you possess a network of ready clients which are small businesses and other enterprises and/or large businesses

  Ability to source and obtain channel partners such as CoSec partnerships, accounting firm partnerships, partnerships with government agencies such as Cradle Fund, SME Corp, SME Bank, etc.

  Understand the needs of companies, small businesses and enterprise solutions

  Previous entrepreneurship experiences a plus

  Superior writing and speaking skills

  Real estate, mall and office rental experience a plus

  A sharp mind and a positive attitude
