JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities
- To review, propose, implement and manage relevant and competitive compensation and benefits plan, salary structure and performance-based bonuses, incentives/commissions.
- To review, propose and implement appropriate HR policies and guidelines and all SOP related to HR policies and compensation management.
- To review, design and implement an effective compensation and rewards strategy to enable talent acquisition and retention, as part of the strategy to attract and retain key talents in conjunction with the HRBO team.
- To oversee and manage the overall ERP level HRMS systems (SuccessFactor SAP/ERP, HR Flex) and operational matters related to HRIS, analytics and the overall system efficiency. Ability to generate reviews and analytical HR-related data/reports as and when needed for the management's review and decision.
- To ensure all monthly pay cycles, allowances and reimbursements are made on time, accurately with efficiency, controlled and managed in a highly confidential manner, and all statutory obligations and employment regulations fully complied.
- To oversee the overall company-wide headcount-related budget to ensure that expenses are managed within AOP targets or as per business objectives.
- To conduct annual performance-based salary review exercises as well as benchmarking of pay and benefits against the telecommunications industry or other industries.
