JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

·  Responsibility for revenues and acquiring new players via existing and new affiliate

·  Managing current affiliate relationships by providing timely support, prompt payment processing, and incentives to grow

·  Identifying and developing new affiliate relationships

·  Liaising with affiliates on commercial terms

·  Monitoring competition, the performance of our affiliates, their sources of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to ensure timely action is taken and that the portfolio is healthy in the long run

·  Working with low performing affiliates proactively to increase their performance

·  Helping to creating new ways to manage and optimize the affiliate channel

·  Creating and distributing reports and data to internal teams

·  Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions and materials

·  Identifying and implementing other and new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program

·  Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements

·  Continually motivating affiliates to perform better

·  Production, testing, analysis and optimization of creative assets, including banners, landing pages, etc.

·  Mentor and provide direction to junior affiliate managers

·  Able to rotate with team for shift work, including night and weekends, if required

Qualifications

·  Mainland Chinese Speaking

·  Marketing experience

·  Experience working in gambling or affiliate marketing is necessary

·  Interest in digital marketing

·  Strong communication skills

·  Strong analytical skills

·  High attention to detail

·  Interest/knowledge of online gambling

·  Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
