JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the B2C Marketing Communications via different channels
- Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including our internal customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
- Working to support agency management for both creative and media buying as part of the campaign and marketing activity process
- Arranging and managing the effective distribution of all marketing materials and collateral
- Build relationships with colleagues within the marketing team, across all disciplines within the business and external stakeholders
- Work with the Head of Marketing, Promotion, Operations to support the tracking and management of the budget
- Measurement of marketing campaigns and activities
- Competitor Analysis
- Work with and develop brand guidelines
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.
- Keyword Research & Strategy
- Prepare project plans and participate in optimization strategy planning
- Coordinate consulting/strategy
- Research and development of new online marketing methodologies
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
- Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to team
- Upkeep of tasks and issues within a web-based project management tool (JIRA)
- Being able to work closely with deliverable managers as well as senior managers within marketing to communicate project information
- Day to day communication with the internal development teams, account management and direct with clients where applicable, and assistance with the development of internal process methodologies
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years project management experience

- Cooperative team player with the ability to work independently
- Possesses strong business ethics, is reliable and dependable
- Experience in digital marketing with a good understanding of SEO, Forum and Social Media
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- A solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English (Mandarin skills is desirable but not required)
