JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Department: Global HR, Talent Centre of Excellence
Job Purpose: To be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across SEA, Australasia and NEA, ensuring our candidate’s experience is outstanding and aligned with our EVP.
Key Accountabilities:
• To identify, recruit and retain high-calibre talent to meet our business needs.
• Lead the design and execution of SEA recruitment strategy, managing all associated communications.
• Monitor external talent aligned with our succession plans, mitigating risk.
• Be the in-house recruitment expert, providing guidance, coaching and support to recruiting managers
• Responsible for all aspects of candidate tracking and reporting, producing and populating MI/dashboards as agreed.
• Aligning multiple recruitment campaigns, to ensure efficiencies are maximised.
• To support Talent Development on performance management and other activities across the regions
• help develop teams and individuals to maximise performance and potential to optimise our talent and provide opportunities for team members to progress their careers.
• To be compliant with all agreed internal and external quality frameworks.
• Proactively contribute as a member of the wider global HR team, providing latest innovations thinking, support, challenge and direction.
Measures of Success
• 360 feedback, including line managers, recruiting managers, peers, and key internal stakeholders.
• Agreed recruitment KPIs, including time and cost to hire.
• Efficient and effective utilisation of the available budgets, reducing the cost to hire over time.
• Robust personal development in place for all aligned with our performance management process and system.
