JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the finance function including accounts, tax, treasury, management reporting.
- Developing a strong financial control environment and providing meaningful financial information for decision making.
- Managing all financial activities in compliance with the relevant financial reporting standards, local statutory requirements and reporting in line with Group’s standard operating policies and procedures.
- Supervising, guiding and inspiring the finance team to focus on value-added activities, streamlining and refining processes/deliverables.
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
- Ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Liaising effectively with external and internal parties for statutory as well as operations requirements including bankers, external auditors, tax agents, consultants and local regulatory bodies.
- Assisting in corporate matters and ad hoc assignments.
- Reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree or professional qualification in related fields
- Mature personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Dedicated, meticulous with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Positive attitude, resourceful, independent and able to work on own initiative
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience
