Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide support to Commercial Management in respect of all activities that are required to enable the Company to roll out and implement Annual Fees inflationary uplifts globally, as well as to provide support for other ad-hoc commercial activities in the region.

Principal Accountabilities

The Commercial Support is responsible for the following:

·  Create and maintain contracts database in relation to contractual Annual Fees inflationary uplifts.

·  Assist Regional Commercial Managers in managing various Annual Fees invoicing process in various countries.

·  Compile CPI data of all relevant countries and work out inflationary uplift rate for each country with the help from Finance Department.

·  Work out and implement detailed roll out plan and timetable.

·  Analyse and categorise data and assist Regional Commercial Managers in getting respective Area Sales Managers’ approval for the proposed uplift.

·  Prepare general notices and coordinate with various Company’s offices for sending the notification to all customers.

·  Liaise and coordinate with Finance Department to ensure invoices being raised with revised Annual Fees.

·  Produce quarterly status reports for respective Account Managers.

·  Produce quarterly reports of exception list and justification for Regional Commercial Manager’s discussion with Regional Executive.

·  Design process workflow that incorporates Annual Fees contractual uplifts process into the routine invoicing process of various regions.

·  Liaise, coordinate and ensure that change of price escalation clause is being updated in the contract template.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

·  Degree level in business administration, economy or accounting.

·  At least 2 years related working experience preferably in a foreign base company.

·  Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.

·  Focus, meticulous and thorough.

·  Committed and dedicated to meet project deadlines.

·  Proficient in English, good telephone handling etiquette and interpersonal skills.

·  Good in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel. PowerPoint).

·  Basic understanding of finance/accounting and contract.

The successful candidate will be required to travel within the local area, UK and occasionally elsewhere as deemed necessary.
