JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will work in a process-aligned organization, in at least half of the following technology skill pools:
DNS, WAN, LAN, Wireless, Load Balancer, Firewall/VPN, Proxy, Remote Access, Network Monitoring
The candidate will be required to have the following product knowledge and skill sets:
Mandatory:
- Cisco (Router, Switches, Firewall, VPN, ISE)
- Fortinet (Firewall)
- Aruba (Wireless)
Preferred:
- Hillstone (Firewall)
- Imperva (ApplicataionFirewall)
- HP(Switches, Firewall, VPN)
- Riverbed (WAN Optimizer)
- UBNT (Wireless)
And in one or more of the following processes (according to the ITIL standards):
- Incident, Problem (including Event Management and Root Cause Analysis), Change and Capacity management
- Configuration (including development of standards)
- Asset Management
- Vendor Management
- Project Management
- Patch Management
- Disaster Recovery
Candidate needs to be a third-line expert in at least one (1) of the above technologies and have broad understanding of the others.
Certification and Working Experience:
- Candidate is required to have at least CCNA certification or equivalent
- With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Cisco, Fortinet and Aruba technology
- Must have good command of English (speaking and writing)
