JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the efficient daily administration and operations of the Branch including financing, credit management, review of customers' business plans, intervention activities, customer service and other Branch operation matters in accordance with the Bank's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields from a recognized University with 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Possession of a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification or a Professional Credit Certification (PCC) will be an added advantage.
• Has a personal commitment to high-performance work culture, organizational excellence, a high level of integrity, and a strong sense of ethics in all decisions and actions.
• A "go-getter", willing to go the extra mile, has a sense of urgency and with the ability to think out of the box.
• Strong affinity for generating sales as evidenced by a proven track record.
• Those with Diploma and relevant experiences and capabilities may also apply.
