JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Senior Administrator, Operations Support
Reports to: VP Regional Operations
Department: Operations
Job Purpose
To provide support and assistance to VP Regional Operations, Asia Pacific in the area of operations, sales and other business functions.
Dimensions
There are no direct reports to this post.
Principal Accountabilities
· Coordinate with functional teams for compilation of reports such as KPI’s report, Board Report and other related reports.
· Support with business and financial analysis of data.
· Support in annual budgets exercise
· Support in developing long term business plan
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations or any pre-meeting materials for Operations meetings.
· Updating the MS-CRM system and managing the VP, Regional Operations´ contacts data
· Organize and upkeep confidential documents and records (hard copy & soft copy filing).
· Organisation, co-ordination, attendance and follow up of action points of meetings.
· Maintain close communication with all functional teams to ensure business activities processes meet agreed timelines.
· Drafting of business letters, team briefing documents, minutes of meeting etc
· Undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the VP Regional Operations.
· PA and Secretarial tasks.

· Good and close working relationship with the Functional Team Leaders in Asia Pacific and Sales team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
· Proven Commercial experience and business acumen in similar or related industry
· Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally across diverse cultures
· Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment
· Track record of successful budget management with an understanding of revenue forecasting and expense budget planning and tracking
· Proven superior planning skills, routinely anticipates and plans for alternative/unlikely scenarios
· Initiative and enthusiasm to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
· Confidential and trustworthy
· Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally
- Flexibility to work additional hours at times of peak workloads and for occasional travel
· Full working knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications.
