JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for defining, developing and delivering the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Maxis Enterprise focusing on transformational and new innovation that will prepare Enterprise for 2018 agenda.

  • Define and manage customer value propositions of target segment for Maxis Enterprise
  • Develop and own the marketing strategy and 4Ps for target segment
  • Develop and manage GTM implementation for products and solutions, including marketing strategy, sales  and customer communications for all channels

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

  • Responsible for overall value proposition for targeted customer segment in SME and new strategic initiatives and services that goes to market for Enterprise.
  • Drive the development and manage portfolio of target market, manage the go-to-market roadmap & customer journey for target segment, and ensure timely and quality delivery to meet AOP target.
  • Identify and develop key marketing and sales tactics to execute as part of the GTM plan for products, new strategic initiatives and services, including communications, multi-media, social media, sales enablement, customer facing programs, and events
  • Implement initiatives on alternative channel strategy and manage the distribution of offers across these channels including self-help interface.
  • Provide expertise inputs to stakeholders in the interest of sharpening the proposition or increasing sales
  • Manage dissemination of knowledge across all channels to ensure uniformity of information and high standard of interaction when dealing with customers.
  • Synthesize complex product information to strike the right balance between communicating business priorities and understanding audience need to ensure that all communication
