JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate
Job Description:
Handle a full set accounts including maintaining various accounting and financial records (which should include GST reporting, statutory tax filings)
Implement financial and operational processes and recommend relevant improvements to management
Analyse financials and provide reports to monitor performance
Managing cash flow including to provide cash flow forecast and projections
Undertake IPO advisory work and assist investees in corporate finance and compliance matters
Providing inputs for financial and investment decision-making
Assist in evaluating potential investments including financial analysis and financial modelling
Carry out necessary industry research exercise
Qualifications:
Any university degree with preference in Accounting and Finance degree
Advantage with professional qualification in accounting
At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to work independently and a team player
Able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Responsible, self-motivated and organised
