JOB DESCRIPTION

Job purpose: 

The candidate will be formulating and executing Solutions stimulation campaign ideas to increase the Solutions and ARPU of the enterprise customers and support the overall enterprise CLM strategy and revenue targets.


Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

  • Plan and fabricate Solutions up-selling campaigns for enterprise customers 
  • Supervise effective implementation of enterprise marketing all types of Solutions stimulation campaigns, recommend changes and modifications to various campaign data to the customer insights team. 
  • Analyse current enterprise Solutions stimulation campaign effectiveness and provide recommendation for all future campaigns. 
  • Prepare detailed list-selection criteria and ensure achievement of all campaign objectives 
  • Perform tests and ensure precision in campaign implementation. 
  • Maintain all enterprise Solutions stimulation campaign journey data and update management systems for all these campaigns. 
  • Supervise the response handling and assist in campaign information distribution 
  • Document all Solutions stimulation campaign strategies and prepare all promotional activities. 
  • Supervise everyday Interactive workflow and procedures. 
  • Perform troubleshoot on all Solutions stimulation campaigns to ensure quality of all CLM programs. 


What do you need to have for this role? 

  • Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma 
  • Specialised in: Marketing campaign management 
  • Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years 
  • Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in Campaign planning and execution role for Solutions stimulation preferably in a Telco 
  • Advanced users of Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. 
  • Familiarity with campaign tools like SAS, Unica will be an advantage.
