JOB DESCRIPTION

Job purpose: 

Lead product marketing specialist to drive convergence (mobile + home + value added solutions & services) base growth.


Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

This role is to grow ARPA by driving multi-access and multi-service customers with continuous product development and strategies.


What are you accountable for?

1. ARPA, and base growth of multi-access customers

  • To develop new products and bundles leveraging access (mobile, fixed) and solutions (OTT, devices) including all business case requirements and GTM planning
  • Requires high degree of engagement and alignment with other product owners within division, and channel management and value chain within department.     
  • Drive incremental gains in ARPU with CLM and marketing services to plan propositions and campaigns
  • To continuously monitor performance and apply new insights to drive KPI

2. Channel alignment and strategies

  • Work closely with channel management (in IS), S&S, customer service, fulfilment vendors – all frontline – and digital assets to maximize opportunity for up-/ cross-sell
  • Identify segments to effectively reach relevant targets

3. Solutions development (in collaboration)

  • Key input into partner choices, roadmap and strategies for product development of OTT, devices and value added solutions
  • Strong passionate input into solutions, brands and partners which would resonate with the segments within our base


What do you need to have for this role? 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Commerce or relevant field 
  • Total Work Experience: 7 to 10 years 
  • Strong grasp of numbers, end to end understanding from conception to GTM on products & pricing, collaborative, good feel for customer needs/ motivations
