JOB DESCRIPTION
Critical Success Factors
•Experience in Township development and construction management
•Experience in leading and developing a cross-functional team and driving results through people
•Have a strong proven track record in managing overall project life cycle (i.e. sales & marketing and/or project execution)
•Strong business acumen and financial sense in driving project outcomes and P&L
Responsibilities
•Ensure the overall performance of projects assigned to achieve stakeholders’ satisfaction
•Plan, direct, and control the overall operational activities to attain profitability, effective turnaround time, cost, safety, and quality management
•Develop, implement, monitor, and revise the Master schedule and plan of assigned projects to ensure timely completion within the specifications
•Establish effective and sustainable relationships with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals
•Develop effective business strategies for assigned projects to achieve project differentiation
•Control sales implementation of assigned projects to achieve or exceed sales targets
•Coordinate and collaborate with various functional teams to achieve excellent project outcomes
•Adopt, implement, recommend, and revise existing and new guidelines, SOPs, and related legislation to ensure compliance
•Lead, develop, and manage the overall project team to maintain high team morale and engagement consistently
•Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
•Undertake or participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
•Strong knowledge of overall property development and construction industry
•Strong knowledge in Quantity Survey, Contract Management, Project Management, Product Development and Building Materials
•Strong business acumen
•Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management
•Minimum 15 years in the property development industry
