JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for market development, customer relationship maintenance and sales management. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development, customer relationship maintenance and sales management.
- Responsible for annual sales forecast, target setting and decomposition.
- Determining the target system and sales quota of the sales department.
- Developing the sales plan and sales budget.
- Responsible for sales channels and customer management.
- Overseeing daily operations in the sales department.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
