JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
· Responsible for sales and marketing of raw materials.
· Responsible for maintaining customer base and expand current market share.
· Responsible for growing and developing new customers to increase market share.
· Responsible to report on current market developments while maintaining routine visit reports.
Responsibilities
· Conduct analysis on market survey, customer and competitor’s latest trend, challenges and product development.
· Produce market intelligent networking with identification of key personnel and foster relationship to optimize the business opportunity and enable effective negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specification to their key contact personnel.
· Implement business strategy, plan and execution of forthcoming product management and special promotions to achieve budget sales target.
· Monitor the achievement of sales objective with key account as well as identify and propose plan to exploiting business development activities with prioritization on key customers/key projects/untapped customer segments.
· Produce regular sales update, forecasting and variances analysis.
· Manage key customer accounts and relationship effectively and develop new business continuously.
· Perform all related activities to ensure budget deliverance.
