Responsibilities

1. Project Oversight:

• Lead and manage the technical team responsible for design, engineering, and project execution.
• Oversee multiple projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to align technical operations with the company’s overall development strategy.

2. Design & Planning:

• Review and approve architectural and engineering designs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants and contractors to implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Provide technical input during the concept and planning stages to enhance the viability and aesthetics of projects.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Establish quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain high standards in construction and finishing.
• Ensure that projects adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

4. Technical Leadership:

• Mentor and develop the technical team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements that can be integrated into future projects.
• Work closely with the R&D department to explore new building materials and methods.

5. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions with government authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.

5. Budget Management:

• Collaborate with the finance team to manage the technical budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Monitor expenditures and approve project-related technical costs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in the property development or construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of property development processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools).
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
