Summary

The Controlling Manager/Senior Manager is accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of services/processes in scope as specified in Service Level Agreements, the continuous improvement of process and technology and the functional and personnel management of a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage services/processes in scope to provide seamless performance and results
• Ensure that relevant processes are translated into specific activities, tasks, ensure working and transparent internal and customer interfaces and support process documentation within the global frameworks
• Manage business plan and budgets for services / processes in scope in alignment with GOL
• Ensure appropriate information, communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e.g. peers, team member, POL, Service Management)
• Manages the team performance and deliverables meeting the KPIs of FP&A on Month End Closing (MEC), QEC, YEC activities in Controlling SAP module, Investment Controlling process and Reporting & Analysis.
• POC for the Regional/ Site Controllers to ensure service delivery and satisfaction. Quarterly/ Monthly service alignment is required. Developing KPI for the team to ensure the team meets the service level agreement.
• Driving process harmonization, process improvement and automation within the group. The role also manages the resource split and charge out methodology of the group.
• Reporting for BU Controllers on CPC/ Std Margin analysis.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree / Master degree either in Business Administration or Economics (or equivalent professional experience)
• Possess Controlling experience in MNC Semiconductor/SSC/GBS
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, attention to details and accuracy. Strong Controlling knowledge, analytical, FP&A skills
• Required: Able to lead projects/ migrations activities
• Desirable: Good stakeholder management, time, scope, resource management
• Good to have : experience working with Global clients from several countries; Transition Project Experience; Shared Service Center experience
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
