JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities 

• To lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion.
• To define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• To develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• To manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs.
• To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• To track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• To identify the most critical/relevant developments and manage team members to prototype.
• To identify strategic opportunities in emerging AI technologies.
• To develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior authorities
• To communicate findings with internal teams, stakeholders and senior management.
• To perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• To report and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in AI technologies.
• Experience developing and debugging in Python and ML frameworks. Experience with current state of the art AI models, especially in NLP and Generative AI. 
• Experience in risk management and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing and data analytics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
