Summary

We seek an experienced and culturally adept Business Development Manager in the dynamic manufacturing automation solution market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Semiconductor business practices and market trends, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships within the region.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate new business and repeat deals.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer’s needs and requirements. - Timely follow-up with internal departments or customers on open matters - Maintain the records of sales activities, leads and customer interactions. - Self-driven and self-motivated to achieve the company’s sales targets.

• Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, self-initiative and can work independently.
• Minimum 5 years of working in sales of manufacturing application software or automation or related subject matter.
• Candidates working in the semiconductor environment will have an added advantage.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin may be preferred because the role may require candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Tertiary Qualification with related discipline
• Possess own transport.
