JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities        

• To be responsible for the Global customer portfolio for the Business Unit in terms of collections and credit risk management.
• Manage a team of ~ 8-9 people.
• Being able to conduct advanced analytics on creditworthiness assessment by applying expert knowledge.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet)
• Drive an effective and efficient collection and credit management process.
• Being able to identify risks in financial analysis and raise them for attention.
• Preparing reports and analyses to drive improvement on credit risk, and overdue.
• Drive process improvements to the current collection and credit management process.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executives/Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience with expert knowledge in the analysis of financial statements.
• Knowledge of the OTC / Q2C process will be an advantage.
• Well-developed communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to persuade, convince, and influence other co-workers.
• Required language(s): Mandarin due to support APAC region.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Georgetown.
• Experience in people management or Sales environment is an advantage.
