JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

• The ideal candidate will have a good background in ERP systems and extensive knowledge of technology solutions, a proven track record of successfully implementing Cyber Security awareness.
• Will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology systems, cyber security and operations within Startus Automation.
• You will play a crucial role in aligning IT strategies with our business objectives to optimize efficiency and productivity. 

Responsibilities

• Develop an overall plan and annual budgets to support the demand (ie resource planning, infra, etc).
• Define and execute our digital strategy and solutions roadmap. This role will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team, including technology, business team, marketing and country teams with a goal to drive digital adoption.
• Continually drive products towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Manage a team of IT staff from the Infrastructure team, Software Development team, Application Support team and IT Project team to deliver IT projects that align with CEO’s vision and direction.
• Responsible for all decisions related to finances, staffing, strategy, productivity, stakeholder collaboration, talents and management of IT division
• Provide guidance and consultation to the Infrastructure team on remediation approaches and activities.
• Develop business case justifications and cost analyses for IT spending
• Develop end-user services including helpdesk and technical support services.
• Provide subject matter expertise, define yearly business application roadmap in line with company and site priorities, and advise business to meet company infrastructure transformation strategy.
• Report directly to CEO.
• Improve on the current system / develop a new system of ERP, HRMS and BI project implementation
• Manage project capital and IT operational yearly financial budget.
• Lead and track project milestones including coordinating internal and external resources in according to the System Development Life Cycle and implementation plan.

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another related field with advanced course experience in mathematics, computer programming, and software development
• Min 10 years of experience managing employees in the IT field and manufacturing environment.
• Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven experience as IT director or similar role
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
