JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Oversees the plant production operation and ensures that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with Production Engineer (Konverge) to organize, and develop plans and effective scheduling of rules for optimum utilization of production capacity.
• Ensure execution of production progress are follow the production schedule within the time frame given.
• Liaising and coordinating between Contract Department, Procurement Department, QAQC Department, Mould team and Sub-contractor to ensure smooth daily production.
• Collaborate with QAQC Department, initiate to identify and diagnose the root cause of product’s defect to improve production efficiency.
• Ensures the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with the latest approved shop drawings, work instructions, casting programme & approved quality control methods.
• Perform a full inspection of mould receiving and daily pre-pour inspections of precast components with the consultant’s representative according to approved precast shop drawings.
• Assist the Production Engineer (Konverge) in monitoring and controlling material usage and wastage to be within tolerance.
• To assist Senior Production Engineer in managing a team of Production Supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components. Disseminate through Production Executive if needed.
• Providing necessary production documentation to Data Entry Clerk.
• Maintain and implement quality control systems in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
• Liaising with Production Department’s members and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection and trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
• Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
